LAKE DAYS

We have been to Nacimento a few times this year and "JOJO" has had a blast ...she is no longer afraid of the water and enjoys swimming...she rently learned how to swim without the "floaties" ... she was super excitied! She has been swimming a ton at her grandparents house ... and we are taking a trip next weekend to the Ravine in Paso (it's the water slides on HWY 46) She has only been once to the water park and she really didn't like water at that time so this next weekend will be a BLAST!

Time surely flys

Wow! where do I start! Gracie is growing up to be such a GREAT child! I couldn't have raised her any better! She starts Kidnegarden soon and is sooooooooo excitied! I am sure I am gonna cry when I drop her off on the first day of school! This month I celebrated my 30th Bithday along with realizing that this yr makes it 8 years my step-father Don passed away the anniversay date was 7/13 and as of 7/17 it will be 4 years since my mother passed. I realized soon after I lost my mother that she meant the world to me and that she did so much more than I had given her credit for. She raised me well and as I raise my daughter I am teaching her the same qualities my MOTHER instilled in me. Thank you mom! I have a roommate ...Sarah and she has a daughter who is 4 .... they have been a blessing in disguise! Sarah and I have become good friends and we totally adore each other's daughters! It's like a sister I never had

April 2008

Wow...an update is needed!!! Sorry everyone! Been quite the busy bee... so we moved into our 3 bedroom 2 bath house January 19th, 2008! pictures soon to come! We love it! Gracie has a HUGE room that fits all her furniture and toys! She is starting Kidnegarden in August 2008 and will be attending one of the 3 top schools in our district! I am sooooo excitied as a mom! A few weeks ago she had her first dentisit appointment and we discovered on of her back top molars had a HUGE cavity and couldn't be saved so we scheduled for it to be extracted! WOW that was an exhausting day for ME ..... I cried as she was placed under to fall asleep....i cried for the whole 20min she was under.... what a blubbery mess I was.... It was scary for me as a parent and I still get tears thinking about that day, she was totally out of it for hours and all I could do was hold her! BUT she was excitied once she knew the "Tooth Fairy" was gonna give her money for it! So at bedtime, she placed it in a box and under her pillow.....the next morning she ran into the livingroom so excitied and was like " OH MY GOSH.... THE TOOTH FAIRY LEFT ME MONEY MOM" and I said to gracie "Really how much?".... Gracie said " FIVE BUCKS" .... It was the best moment ever! I am getting ready for a friends wedding next month as a bridesmaid and looking forward to seeing her take the "plunge".... I am more EXCITIED that my BROTHER is FINALLY GETTING MARRIED!!! and I am the Maid of Honor! I love my future sister-in-law! I haven't been able to see a ton of family for months now and I am really sad for that! I hope all is good with everyone!

Pismo Beach

We love it here, we are packing these days to move into our new HOUSE !! Gracie can't wait. It's sooooooooooo HUGE and the backyard is perfect for her energy! The neighborhood is exactly what we have been looking for! She will be able to drive her princess jeep now! She is overly excitied. Our old apartment was just too small for us! Me and Gracie are very excitied and keep watching out for new blogs on our new adventures!

Gracie LOVES the Beach...so now that Uncle Ricky bought a sandrail it's been even more of a blast! Papa Hal came to town and we all went to take a ride and get a feel for what Uncle has been talking about. Me, Auntie Lissa, Uncle Ricky and Papa Hal had a blast. We can't wait for more memories....

Gracie Girl "JOJO" is now in Pre-School and she is learning so much. She is almost writing her name....I can't believe she is now FIVE!! Where does the time go? She is getting excited to start Kindergarten...so am I!
